How to Use

• Twist up to use. Recap securely after use.
• Add depth to eyes: Use your ring finger to gently lift your upper lid and expose the waterline beneath your upper lash line.
• Glide along upper and lower lash lines starting at the inner corner for added

emphasis.

• The eyes: Apply kajal in short strokes as closely as possible to the root of the upper lashes. Extend just past the outer corner to create a feline-eyed look.
• Tightline for fuller lashes: Tightlining is the technique of drawing a very thin line on the upper lash line. It is also called invisible eyeliner as the line is so thin that it looks completely natural. Look up as you apply to expose your waterline. As you line, gently press the pencil against your lashes to add volume to your eyelashes.
  
  

Routine:

• Translucent Setting Powder
• Eyeshadow
• Kajal
• Mascara

Dab some translucent setting powder to “set” or prevent base makeup from rubbing off and reduce shine. Apply your eyeshadow, and follow with your kajal to line your eyes. If you would prefer, use a pencil or a smudge brush to even out the edges of the kajal for a soft smudged kohl look. Top off with a coat of mascara on your upper lashes.

Daniel Bauer's tips:

• For flawless application: Look straight into the mirror and tilt your head slightly downwards while lining your waterline. Doing this gets your lashes out of the way so you can draw an uninterrupted line.
• Make eyes look bigger: If you want to open up your eyes and make them look bigger, it’s best to line your waterline only halfway with kajal. After lining, smudge it the rest of the way to define your eyes and make them pop. Another tip to create the illusion of bigger eyes is to start applying kajal slightly away from the inner corners. You can use a shimmery eyeshadow on the inner corners to brighten the area.
